Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Iron and Fire, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and service. If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund, please review the following policy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. To cancel, please contact our Customer Support team at sales@ironandfire.com.au with your order details. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have received a faulty/damaged item, you may be entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us at sales@ironandfire.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original method of payment.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
