Courier Services We use reliable courier services such as etc, TNT, or Australia Post to deliver to most Metropolitan areas. In certain cases, we may utilize other courier services as needed.

Order Processing Orders are processed swiftly, usually within 24 – 72 hours, provided the items are in stock. Processing may have long wait time due to manufacturing.

Delivery Times Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Depending on your location, deliveries can take between 2 and 10 days to arrive.

Weekend and Holiday Orders Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Notifications Delivery details will be emailed to you. If you are not home to accept your order, a card will be left with instructions for re-delivery or collection from the nearest collection point. Additional charges may apply for re-deliveries.

Redelivery and Collection Freight not collected from the collection point or redeliveries arranged within 7 days will be returned to our warehouse. Shipping fees will need to be paid again for redeliveries.

Authority to Leave If you opt for an authority to leave, please note that once the freight is delivered, the courier or Iron and Fire cannot be held responsible if the freight goes missing from your property. Please include delivery instructions on your order or email us at info@ironandfire.com.au as soon as possible.

Delivery Point Due to limitations with our shipping partners, and to keep shipping costs affordable Iron & Fire Ships all products to the nearest Depot, once it arrives you will need to collect it from the Depot.

Additional Delivery Services If you require additional services such as to a residential property and do not have access to a fork lift, please email us at sales@ironandfire.com.au for a specific quote.

Limited Access Areas There are certain postcodes that we are unable to deliver to or are considered remote locations, which may attract an additional fee. Please refer to the provided list.

Important Delivery Information Please note that the estimated delivery date provided can change due to unforeseen circumstances. If you cannot afford to wait for delivery, it is recommended that you opt for a tail lift service option and provide an authority to leave instruction.

Transit Warranty & Damaged Freight All our products are shipped with transit warranty. In the event of damage during transit, please follow these steps:

  • Mark the Proof of Delivery docket as DAMAGED GOODS prior to signing.
  • If inspection before signing is not possible, mark as STI (Subject to Inspection) and report to Iron and Fire within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Keep the goods in question for inspection if required.
  • Provide evidence of damage, including photos of the goods and packaging, by emailing them to info@ironandfire.com.au within 24 hours.

Authority to Leave (ATL) If you select the Authority to Leave option, we cannot be held responsible for the product going missing from your property, and we are unable to submit any warranty claims.
